Registration Fee


All participants have to pay their registration fees according to the table given below. Please send your signed registration form and congress fee receipt to witam@ahievran.edu.tr 2018witam@gmail.com

Deadline for Congress fee payment is 31 August 2018. Payment must be made before the stated deadline. If your payment is not received before the deadline, the late registration fee will be automatically charged. 
  • The accommodation will be participant's responsibility. Please click to find hotels close to area.
  • Abstract must be submitted in English. 
  • All oral/poster presentation must be presented in Turkish or English.
  • Participants may appear as co–authors in several papers / posters, but multiple registrations per author / participant and multiple submissions of single-authored papers / posters are limited to 2 oral and 1 poster presentations.

Note:

* Please send e-mail to witam@ahievran.edu.tr your MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) and your NAME, after transfering money via Western Union. Please check the nearest Western Union agency from the website: www.westernunion.com. Any commissions charged by the bank should be covered by the participants. 
 
Refund Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy:
1.     All cancellations must be made in writing to the Organizing Committee by e-mail: witam@ahievran.edu.tr  or  2018witam@gmail.com.  Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee.

2.     In case of cancellation before 31 August 2018, there will be a 50% refund of the Congress fee. For cancellations on or after 31 August 2018, there will be no refund. All refunds will be reimbursed after the congress.

3.     In case you are unable to attend the meeting, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with a letter of cancellation to the Organizing Committee before 31 August 2018. This information should include the name of the substitute delegate.
